Since the Forex market is worldwide, trading is continuous as long as there is a market open somewhere in the world. Trading starts when the market opens in Australia on Sunday evening, and ends after market closes in New York on Friday. Hence, we offer client support during the whole trading period – 24/5. Whenever needed, you can reach our Dealing Room via telephone, email or chat in order to assist you overcome obstacles you may encounter while trading.

Stop Loss guaranteed

Stops are guaranteed in Forex within regular market conditions. At a time of fast market gaps or market opening, there may be changes regarding the close price. Stop orders also at opening or fast market will be executed, but the order may not be filled at desired price. As a result, the initial risk can be estimated but not guaranteed. During times of extreme volatility it can be difficult or impossible to execute the requested price.

Negative balance protection

We have negative balance protection.  You can never lose more than you have in your account.  Unlike many other Forex companies, we make sure that you can trade with ALL the capital your invested. Your active trades may only be closed if you reached a 0$ balance.
